ICODOT - Node Icons
A downloadable asset pack
ICODOT extends Godot's built-in icons to let you customize your nodes & scenes with over 250 unique icons.
While designed for use in Godot, these icons can be used anywhere!
What's Included
Over 250+ custom 16x16 pixel icon designs, saved as PNG and SVG in 4 separate colors:
- White #fff2da (Node)
- Blue #6393ff (Node2D)
- Red #f34359 (Node3D)
- Green #78ff7d (Control/GUI Nodes)
Totaling over 2000 unique files -- which is a lot. PNGs and SVGs are available as separate downloads. Choose whichever file format you prefer.
Also included in each ZIP is an icon reference HTML page, showing all the included icons with their names. This should help when searching for icons.
How to Use (Godot)
Recommended: In your Godot project, create the folder `/addons/icodot/` to store these icons.
Assign custom icons on nodes/classes using scripts (via the @icon annotation).
@icon("res://addons/icodot/...") # File Path
# OR
@icon("uid://...") # UID
License
ICODOT is distributed under CC-BY-SA.
Credit is not necessary for personal projects. However if these icons are used publicly (e.g. in a game's UI), credit would be appreciated!

Hey these look so good! Just curious about licensing, if I am using them internally for development of a game I plan to sell, would that fall under the Share Alike? I would really love to use these internally for convenience but I don’t wanna get into any legal trouble since IDK how any of that stuff works
Fair question! I personally consider games using these icons as “collective works”, not “derivative works”, so the rest of the game would not fall under “Share-Alike”. Commercial games are fine! Internal use is even more fine!
I might change the licence if it is too confusing for people.
Makes sense!~ Thanks for the clarification!
Using these in my prep projects for teaching Godot to kids, and it’s been great for making things more readable. Thanks a bunch for making them!
